Customer Satisfaction Guarantee

At SaqibScents, we prioritize your satisfaction. If you’re not happy with a product, you may return it within the specified timeframe.

We offer a 90-day return and exchange policy starting from the date of delivery.

To qualify for a return or exchange, products must be in their original condition, with at least 90% of the content remaining.

All return and exchange requests will be processed within 3 to 5 working days.

Delivery charges for the original order are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for any delivery charges incurred when exchanging products.

For orders exceeding PKR 5,000, we offer exchanges only. Refunds are not applicable for such orders.

Products purchased during sales or with discount codes are eligible for exchange only, not refunds.

Custom or personalized orders are non-refundable.

In cases of damage, leakage, or receipt of the wrong product, SaqibScents will cover all delivery charges for returns or exchanges.
